The Carla Failela restaurant in Valli Del Pasubio offers genuine and straightforward dishes typical of the Venetian tradition, from pasta to grilled meat, since 1952.
The restaurant is still committed to using various organic and locally-sourced ingredients from the areas of Valli del Pasubio to create tasty and genuine dishes:

Sunday evening gnocchi
Always a restaurant specialty, homemade gnocchi are offered in many varieties, as a single dishes or as full meals that allow you to taste more than one dish.
Every Sunday evening the Carla Failela restaurant offers you an alternative evening to spend with friends.
You can taste four types of homemade gnocchi:
- Gnocchi from squash or fioretta (fresh ricotta) (depending on availability)
- Gnocchi from potatoes with four various sauces on the table
- Gnocchi from bread with tomato or butter and sage
- Tyrolean gnocchi with grana (grated cheese), butter and speck
All these plates are available NO-STOP!
